EFD-Reinf deadline extended to third Group

On July 7, 2019, the RFB Normative Instruction 1900/2019 was published changing the beginning of the requirement of taxpayers in the third group to send EFD-Reinf.

With the change, the requirement for taxpayers in the third group send the EFD-Reinf must be met from 08:00 a.m. of January 10, 2020, for events that occurred from January 1, 2020.

The third group consists of taxpayers not belonging to the first, second, and fourth groups, as ruled by the RFB Normative Instruction 1701/2017, with the most of companies opting for the Simples Nacional.
