Special Incentive Regime for Development of Infrastructure - REIDI

Decree n 10.100, of Nov-06-2019 – (DOU of Nov-7-2019) – Changes the legislation that regulates the form of qualification and co-qualification to the Special Incentive Regime for Development of Infrastructure - REIDI, so that they are conditioned to the fiscal regularity of the requesting legal entity in relation to:

a) the filing of the Digital Tax Bookkeeping of Revenue Tax Contributions (EFD-Contributions) within the 12 months prior to the request

b) to taxes and contributions, administered by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS); e

c) registration with the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), when compulsory.
