ICMS-RJ - New deadline to file DeSTDA
By means of the publication of Sefaz Resolution No. 72/2017 in the Official Gazette of the State of Rio de Janeiro of Jun-08-2017, the provisions of the Sinief Agreement No. 15/2016 were amended to state legislation, which changed the deadline to file the Statement of Tax Substitution, Differential Rate and Anticipation (Declaração de Substituição Tributária, Diferencial de Alíquota e Antecipação - “DeSTDA”).
The Resolution changed the filing deadline from 20th to up to the 28th of the month following the end of determination period, or, if applicable, until the first following immediately working day.
The act entered into force at its publication, with retroactive effects from Dec-01-2016.
