EFD-Reinf - RFB suspends Group 3 starting date
The RFB Normative Instruction 1,921/2020 was published on Jan-10-2020, by the Federal Revenue of Brazil (RFB), changing the beginning of the EFD-Reinf mandatory filing - for the 3rd group of eSocial (Employers opting for Simples Nacional, individual employers, rural producer PF and non-profit entities).
Previously, the starting date for Group 3 was scheduled to Jan-10-2020, for the taxable events that occurred as of Jan-01-2020, and now it will be established by specific RFB act.
