Seminar on Regularization of Unstated Assets Abroad

On last May 23, Domingues e Pinho Contadores offered a free seminar on Special Regime for Currency and Tax Settlement (RERCT), reopened by Law No. 13,428/17, whose deadline is July 31. The item provides for the extinction of the punishability of crimes such as tax and currency evasion, money laundering, among others.

During the event, the participants had the opportunity to clarify their main doubts on the subject with one of the DPC’s partners, Augusto Andrade, with 16 years long of experience in Tax Consultancy.

For Augusto, it was an opportunity to exchange experiences gained in the first round of regularization of assets abroad. "In addition, the event was a great chance for us to get closer to the clients who has not joined in the first round, comprehending their difficulties in joining RERCT and presenting solutions to their problems", he added.
