MP 919 – New Minimum Salary value from February 2020 on

The Provisional Measure No 919, published on Jan-31-2020, provides for the national minimum salary a new amounting to BRL 1,045.00, as of Feb-01-2020 on. Its daily value is now of BRL 34.83 and the hourly rate is BRL 4.75.

This act cancel Provisional Measure No. 916/2019, which had defined the minimum salary as of Jan-2020 with a value of BRL 1,039.00.
