Coronavirus: action adopted by DPC

Considering how the scenario has been changing in relation to COVID-19 ("CORONAVÍRUS") in Brazil, we inform the preventive measures that Domingues e Pinho Contadores has been adopting in order to ensure the health and well-being of employees, clients and partners, as well as the continuity of the services provided by the company.

Based on these principles, we have implemented a series of preventive measures, following the guidelines of the health authorities, such as:

• Communication campaign on preventive actions for our employees, reinforcing the importance of personal hygiene care;

• Intensification of cleaning the company's environments;

• Availability of 70% alcohol gel at the company’s front desk, meeting rooms and people circulation areas;

• Prioritization of videoconferences or phone calls over face-to-face meetings;

• Cancellation of events and seminars in person at the company;

• Limitation on the receipt of suppliers and service providers in the company;

• Travel limitations and quarantine determination for those traveling to risk areas;

• Constant monitoring of the health of employees with temporary absence from those who are at risk, have symptoms or have had contact with infected people.

We are taking all possible measures to guarantee the service, considering the particularities of each client. Additionally, we inform that all partners have conditions and resources for remote assistance in case of need.

It is noteworthy that, to date, no case of coronavirus has been identified in our staff and that our priority is the health and well-being of our employees, clients and partners, as well as the maintenance of our activities.

We will remain attentive to official guidelines and the evolution of the situation. If other relevant measures become necessary, we will immediately communicate.
