Repealed MP that instituted the Green and Yellow Employment Contract

With the publication of Provisional Measure nº 955, on April 20, Provisional Measure nº 905 was revoked, which established the Green and Yellow Labor Contract, a program created to encourage the formal hiring of young people between 18 and 29 years old who had never worked with a formal contract.

With the revocation, new hires in this modality cannot occur from April 21.

The expectation is that MP 905 will be re-presented with a new text, so that it can then be converted into law.
