DREI - General Rules and Guidelines for the Public Registry of Companies

Normative Instruction DREI 81, of Jun-10-2020 – (DOU de Jun-15-2020) – Consolidates the general rules and guidelines of the Public Registry of Companies. This Normative Instruction will be effective:

a) on July 1, 2020; and

b) regarding the automatic termination of acts of amendments and extinction of an individual entrepreneur, EIRELI and limited liability company, as well as the constitution of a cooperative, pursuant to Article 43, after one hundred and twenty days from its publication date.
