The registrations at Siscoserv are suspended
The special secretariats for Foreign Trade and International Affairs (SECINT) and the Brazilian Federal Revenue (SERFB) of the Ministry of Economy published SECINT/RFB Joint Ordinance 25, which temporarily suspends, from July 1 to December 31, 2020, the deadline for registration in the Foreign Trade Integrated System of Services, Intangible and Other Operations that Produce Variations in Equity (Siscoserv).
According to the Ministry of Economy, such measure was taken in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. In fact, it is only an extension to allow registrations that cease to be done at Siscoserv during this year to be inserted in the system as of January 1, 2021.
Thus, it is important to keep monitoring and organizing the documents related to the operations to be registered in Siscoserv.
