eSocial: submitting of information about Occupational Health and Safety and individuals is postponed
It was announced today, June 8, 2021, on the eSocial Portal, the postponement of the submission of information about individual employers and Occupational Health and Safety (Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho - SST) for the 1st Group (companies with an annual revenue exceeding BRL 78 million).
This information was supposed to be submitted starting this month, but now it will only be required after the S-1.0 version of the system becomes available. An official date has not yet been set.
The same applies to the sending of payrolls by individual employers/taxpayers (except for domestic employers), originally scheduled for May/2021.
On the other hand, the submission of payrolls for May/2021 is maintained for companies from eSocial's 3rd Group (legal entity employers).
