Decree No. 10.712, of June 02, 2021 (published on the Federal Official Journal on June 04, 2021) establishes Act No. 14.134/2021, which addresses activities related to natural gas transportation, according to article 177 of the Constitution, and natural gas flow, treatment, processing, underground storing, conditioning, liquefaction, re-gasification, and sale activities.
