Normative Instruction RFB No. 2.055, of December 06, 2021 (published on the Federal Official Journal on December 08, 2021) provides for tax refund, compensation, restitution and reimbursement, within the scope of the Special Secretariat of the Brazilian Federal Revenue Office.
