Amended rule that creates prevention measures against Covid-19 in the workplace
Inter-ministerial Ordinance MTP/MS No. 14, of January 20, 2022, published on the Federal Official Journal on January 25, 2022 – Annex I of the Joint Ordinance No. 20, of June 18, 2020, that established prevention, control, and risk mitigation measures against the transmission of the new coronavirus (Covid-19) in workplaces, is now effective with the wording presented in the new Ordinance’s Annex.
