CVM has defined a new scale of capital for the exercise of shareholder rights
The minimum percentage needed in the shareholding participation to exercise certain rights
CVM Resolution No. 70, of March 2, 2022, (Federal Official Journal published on March 23, 2022) – Sets a scale reducing, on the basis of the capital stock, the minimum percentage of equity needed to exercise the rights prescribed on Law No. 6,404, of December 15, 1976, and revokes CVM Instruction No. 165, of December 11, 1991; No. 282, of June 26, 1998; No. 324, of January 19, 2000; and No. 627, of June 22, 2020.
