Domingues e Pinho attends the NBCC’s HR Committee

Labor reform and eSocial were the highlights at the last meeting

Domingues e Pinho Contadores (DPC), as one of the associated companies with Norwegian-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce - NBCC, attends its Human Resources Committee, formed by companies from various sectors that meet to share experiences and discuss relevant topics to the HR area.

At the last meeting at NBCC’s, in Rio de Janeiro, representatives from 14 companies addressed an issue that has been influencing the business community and workers: the labor reform. Procedures for official confirmation of terminations of employment relationships, collective bargaining agreements, work agreements modes, changes in working days, and overtime were some of discussed topics.

Luciana Lupinucci, DPC's Labor and Social Security Consultancy manager, at this meeting, presented the deployment process for eSocial, a topic that has been requiring companies’ attention. The professional briefly presented the main points related to the system deployment and answered the attendees questions. As the theme has not been exhausted, eSocial will return to the agenda at the next committee meeting, scheduled for February 2018.
