DPC guides employees on Labor Reform

Domingues e Pinho Contadores reunited on November 1, 49 own professionals working at Personnel Department area and related systems to guide them on the changes brought by the Labor Reform.

The new rules enter into force on November 11, bringing changes on pregnant and nursing women work in unhealthy environments; intermittent work agreements; individual agreements; 12h x 36h labor journey; moral damages compensation values; official confirmation of termination of employment relationship; exclusivity non-requirement in independent work contracts, among others.

Luciana Lupinucci, DPC’s Labor and Social Security Consultancy manager, headed the training, explaining that some uncertainties still surround the subject, but highlights the importance to keep the team up to date. "We are preparing our professionals for what is to come, but observing the jurisprudence on the new rules is also essential."

In addition to training its own staff, DPC has been conducting this training at clients who want to prepare their teams for this new labor market moment. The content also deals with the adaptation to eSocial, which also generates major impacts on business routine from 2018. "As the changes leave companies very exposed, there is no room for carelessness with labor and social security standards", she adds.
