DPC promotes on demand training to MAN Diesel & Turbo

On November 29 and 30, Domingues e Pinho Contadores (DPC) received MAN Diesel & Turbo members at Rio de Janeiro office for training on federal taxes withholding rules. The event was planned on demand to meet the client’s request, focusing on training of its professionals from financial, accounting and taxes areas.

Divided into two stages, the training started with Patricia Guimaraes, DPC’s Taxes manager, explaining the situations that require tax and social contributions the withholding from payer source. The instructor advised the group about the requirement to properly re-pay the withheld tax amount to inspection authorities, as the nonpayment characterizes crime of undue appropriation, with severe consequences to the entrepreneur.

After this first phase, Luciana Lupinucci, Labor and Social Security Consultancy Dept. manager, held the training in order to enable MAN participants to identify social security withholding in several cases. Outsourcing activities, work force assignment, construction, tax basis calculation, allowable deductions, payroll exemption, and Simples Nacional were some of the commented issues.

Throughout the training, which lasted twelve hours, those present were encouraged to participate actively, analyzing practical examples and tax documents.

On December 13, the group returns to DPC for a training on Siscoserv, operational system intended for registration required for exports and imports of services and intangibles operations held in Brazil.

DPC promotes customized events for companies, addressing specific content in tax, labor, and social security areas, according to customer needs.
