DPC celebrates 39 years and gears up for a new decade

DPC praises the dedication of its partners and employees and emphasizes its courage to reinvent itself

This April, Domingues e Pinho Contadores celebrates 39 years in operation. More than a time to celebrate its long standing in the business, this milestone puts the company close to the dawn of a new decade, prompting a reflection on the journey made so far.

The company currently has about 600 clients in its customer base and a staff of 630 partners and employees across offices in the cities of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Macaé.

"The hard work and dedication of our entire team have been invaluable in our history. Our daily efforts and solutions have helped us stand out as a major reference in the business while contributing greatly to our clients’ satisfaction", says Manuel Domingues e Pinho, DPC’s founder and chair of the company’s board of directors.

Along its way, DPC has also displayed the courage to embrace changes. The recent years have seen many intense transformations which are still ongoing. This entails keeping up with advancements in technology and in the company’s business sector. "Structural changes, new processes, innovations and ways to provide solutions to our clients have shown that we have been quite capable of reinventing ourselves," remarks Pinho.

Over these 39 years, DPC has overcome challenges such as Brazil's economic crisis, numerous regulatory changes and fierce competition, never losing sight of its long-term goals and commitment to ethics, quality, and people.

Ever since its foundation, DPC has had a long record of investing in the development of its talents. Now, thanks to “Academia DPC”, the company promotes technical and behavioral training for its employees and leaders, placing them at the center of their own personal and professional development.
