DPC discloses results of its latest Transparency and Gender Pay Equity Report 

As part of its commitment to promoting equal opportunities in the workplace, Domingues e Pinho Contadores (DPC) has disclosed the findings of its Transparency and Gender Pay Equity Report for the second half of 2024.

The report highlights several key insights regarding DPC's Rio de Janeiro office, where 357 employees work:

• Women represent the majority of employees, making up 63.8% of the company’s workforce, while men account for 36.2%.
• In terms of gender and ethnicity, 32.8% of the workforce are non-Black women, 31.1% are Black women, 21.4% are non-Black men, and 14.8% are Black men.
• The median salary for women is 100% of that of men, and the average salary for women stands at 98% of the average salary for men.

The report has been disclosed pursuant to Law No. 14.611/2023, which addresses Equal Pay for Women and Men.

By releasing the results of its latest report, DPC reaffirms its commitment to inclusion, equal opportunities for both men and women, and fostering a workplace where respect for all individuals prevails.

Note:

The report does not include information on directors and managers, as these positions at DPC are held by partners and are therefore not subject to the document's inclusion criteria.

Additionally, the report excludes information on workers in operational roles, as these positions are not directly related to the company’s core economic activities.
