DPC presents the Transparency and Gender Pay Equity Report – 1st Semester 2025

Reaffirming its commitment to equal opportunities in the corporate environment, Domingues e Pinho Contadores announces the results of the Transparency and Gender Pay Equity Report for Women and Men – 1st Semester 2025.

The document shows that, at the DPC office in Rio de Janeiro, among 345 employees with CLT contracts:

• Women make up the majority of the total workforce, representing 61.8%. Men account for 38.2% of the staff.
• In terms of sex and race/color breakdown, the numbers are: 31.2% of women who are not Black; 30.6% of Black women; 21.6% of men who are not Black; 16.6% of Black men.
• The median salary for women is 106.3% of the amount received by men. Meanwhile, the average monthly salary for women is 103.8% of the amount received by men.

The disclosure is in compliance with Law No. 14.611/2023, which addresses Salary Equality and Remuneration Criteria between Women and Men.
