DPC celebrates 41 years of excellence and evolution

Company reaffirms commitment to its values and recognizes the role of its talents in its journey.

On April 2, Domingues e Pinho Contadores celebrates 41 years of history, evolution, and achievements. Founded with the goal of offering high-quality accounting services, the company has expanded its operations over the years, now offering a diversified and complete portfolio in outsourcing and business management.

DPC is ranked in the Leaders League Brazil 2025 as highly recommended in the Strategy, Organization, and Management – Outsourcing (BPO) category, a recognition that reinforces its reputation as a benchmark in the industry.

With a portfolio of around 600 clients, 60% of whom are multinational companies, DPC has offices in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Macaé, employing 580 staff members.

Over decades, the business has grown organically and sustainably, investing in innovation and training a qualified team.

Since its foundation, there has been continuous support for the development of employees and leaders," emphasizes Manuel Domingues e Pinho, founding partner and Chairman of the Board. Currently, there are structured training sessions, mentoring, and update programs focused and concentrated in the Academia DPC, a platform for disseminating corporate knowledge.
