Domingues e Pinho Contadores signs new agreement with BMC Software do Brazil

DPC-SP provides Accounting, Taxes, Personnel Department and Siscoserv services to the technology company

Domingues e Pinho Contadores (DPC) celebrates the signature of a new agreement with BMC Software do Brasil, a global reference in IT solutions. The DPC unit in São Paulo closed the deals after the conclusion of the contractor's process, which evaluated, under technical and financial criteria, the proposals of a group of accounting outsourcing and business management companies.

DPC already provided taxes services to the multinational branch in Rio de Janeiro, but the new negotiation led to the contract signature with BMC’s Brazilian head office, in São Paulo. With this, Domingues e Pinho starts providing Accounting, Tax, Personnel Department, and Siscoserv services to the technology company.

Renato Marques, BMC’s financial director, explained that in São Paulo capital, another contractor was providing these activities, but there was a need to seek a new commercial partner in the market.

Renato emphasizes that he has good expectations for this services provision, since from the first moment DPC has shown willingness to understand the BMC’s needs. "We found a receptive and experienced team that dealt with our demands proactively and with the required agility", he said.

BMC works by developing software solutions for companies, helping to transform traditional businesses into digital businesses. The multinational has about 6,000 employees in 30 countries and serves more than 10,000 customers worldwide.
