eSocial: deadline to start the second deployment phase for companies with a turnover of up to BRL 78 million is extended

On Friday, August 31, the Portal eSocial announced the deadline extension for the first deployment phase of the program for the group of companies earning up to BRL 78 million, which would end this month.

With the change, the second phase, which would start in September, was postponed to October this year.

Thus, the scheduled new date to start the second phase is October 10, when this group of employers must inform to eSocial the employee data and their relationship with companies (non-recurring events).
