Department of Business Registration and Integration (Drei): Registration Manuals

The Drei Normative Instruction 50/2018 was published in the Official Gazette, of Oct-15-2018, which changed the manuals for registration of Individual Entrepreneur, Limited Company, Corporation, Cooperative and Individual Company Limited Liability (Empresa Individual de Responsabilidade Limitada - “Eireli”).

Among other things, we highlight the following changes:

a) the entrepreneur or the company society can perform its activities in one or more establishments;

b) the set of establishments (headquarters, branch, branch, etc.) and the activities they effectively perform, constitute a single legal entity;
