Withholding Income Tax Return and Dirf 2019 Generator Program

RFB Normative Instruction 1,892, of 5.14.2019 - (DOU of May 16, 2019) Establishes that, in the event of termination resulting from settlement, merger, consolidation or total spin-off occurred in calendar year 2019, the terminated legal entity shall file Dirf 2019 on the calendar year 2019 (and not 2018, as previously stated in Normative Instruction 1836/2018), until the last working day of the month following to that of the occurrence of the event, unless the event occurs in January 2019, in which case the statement may be filed by the last working day of March 2019.
