BCB Resolution No. 16, September 17, 2020 - (DOU of 21Sept2020) - Amends Circular No. 3.691 / 2013, which provides for the foreign exchange market, to improve provisions on the electronic signature of foreign exchange contracts and on the delivery and receipt of reais in purchases of goods and services through a company that facilitates international payments.
