Central Bank of Brazil - Installation of New Branches of Financial Institutions Abroad
Decree 10029, of Sep-26-2019 - (DOU of Sep-27-2019) - Authorizes the Central Bank of Brazil to recognize Brazilian government as interested in the installation in Brazil of new branches of financial institutions domiciled abroad and the increase in interest percentage, in the capital of financial institutions headquartered in Brazil, of individuals or legal entities resident or domiciled abroad.
