Central Bank postpones CBE submission deadline
The Central Bank (Bacen) announced the postponement of the deadline for submission of the Annual Brazilian Capital Declaration (CBE), from April 5 to June 1, 2020.
This measure, according to Bacen, was defined due to the pandemic of the new coronavirus - Covid-19.
CBE is mandatory for individuals or legal entities resident or domiciled in Brazil who have assets, assets and rights abroad, whose amount is equal to or greater than US$ 100 thousand.
