CEF Circular No. 761/2017

The Union Official Gazette of Apr-17-2017 brought the CEF Circular No. 761/2017 approving the schedule for the deployment of events applicable to the FGTS. In addition, the Circular also approves version 2.2.01 of eSocial Layout establishing the events that make up the system and that should be adopted by employers.

The deployment schedule shall be as follows:

a. from Jan-01-2018 for employers with revenues greater than BRL 78,000,000.00 in 2016, except for the events related to worker health and safety (saúde e segurança do trabalhador - “SST”), which will be required from July-01-2018;

b.from July-01-2018 for other employers, except for events related to worker health and safety (SST), which will be required from Jan-01-2019.
