Consolidation of rules for settling debts with the Securities and Exchange Commission
Resolution CVM No. 55, of October 20, 2021 (published on the Federal Official Journal on October 21, 2021) provides for the installment payment of debts and exemption from the constitution and requirement of tax credits in amounts for which payment does not justify the respective cost.
