Consolidation rules and amendments to labor legislation are published

Several rules were published in the Federal Official Journal of November 11, 2021 that consolidate labor rules and revoke some laws. Among these, the following stand out:

Decree No. 10.854, of November 10, 2021 (published in the Federal official Journal on November 11, 2021) regulates provisions related to labor law and establishes the Permanent Program for the Consolidation, Simplification and Debureaucratization of Infra-Legal Labor Rules and the National Labor Award, and amends Decree No. 9.580 , of November 22, 2018.

Ordinance MTP No. 547, of October 22, 2021 (published in the Federal Official Journal on November 11, 2021) establishes how labor inspection must be performed and presents other measures.

Ordinance MTP No. 667, of November 8, 2021 (published in the Federal Official Journal on November 11, 2021) - Administrative rules and proceedings for tax assessment notices related to FGTS and Social Contribution.

Ordinance MTP No. 671, of November 8, 2021 (published in the Federal Official Journal on November 11, 2021) regulates provisions relating to labor legislation, labor inspection, public policies and labor relationships.

Ordinance MTP No. 672, of November 08, 2021 (published in the Federal Official Journal on November 11, 2021) establishes the procedures, programs and conditions of occupational health and safety and presents other measures.
