Data protection is included in the list of fundamental rights of citizens
Amendment to the Constitution No. 115, of February 10, 2022 – Federal Official Journal of February 11, 2022
Amends the Federal Constitution to include personal data protection amongst the fundamental rights and guarantees and to set the private competence of the federal government in the legislation of personal data protection and processing.
