Debts consolidation procedures were established in resumption of Refis

The RFB Normative Instruction 1735, published in the Official Gazette of Sep-08-2017, deals with debts consolidation procedures for installment and cash payment referred to in Article 17 of Law 12,865, of October 9, 2013, under the Federal Revenue of Brazil (RFB).

In this program are provided for the debts due until Nov-30-2008, with special discounts and credit utilization of tax losses and negative tax base. Companies that has installments payment in delay may settle it and consolidate the program.

Important: This consolidation procedure should be until 29 September 2017.

It is noteworthy that there are plans to publish procedures for debts under the Treasury General Attorney (Procuradoria-Geral da Fazenda Nacional - “PGFN”).
