RFB Normative Instruction 1,909, of Aug-26-2019 - (DOU, of 08/28/2019) - Establishes that for excluding non-taxable areas from the total area of rural property, the taxpayer must submit to the Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (Ibama) the Environmental Declaratory Act (ADA) referred to in art. 17-O of Law 6,938/1981.
