Domingues e Pinho Contadores celebrates the success of the 59th GBrasil Meeting

At a collaborative-focused event, members of the accounting group shared experiences and coordinated joint plans

DPC hosted the 59th GBrasil Meeting on October 24-25 in Rio de Janeiro, gathering over 130 accounting entrepreneurs from across Brazil. The event fostered a collaborative environment focused on learning, networking, and the exchange of experiences.

GBrasil – Grupo Brasil de Empresas de Contabilidade – Grupo Brasil de Empresas de Contabilidade – is made up of 40 offices that work together in the capitals and main Brazilian cities, offering a complete portfolio of solutions.

In addition to providing a space to align objectives and strengthen collaboration among members, the meeting consolidated strategies to intensify the network's presence in the national market, reaffirming each member's commitment to excellence and innovation.

Over the course of two days, the event provided a dynamic environment with addresses and workshops covering relevant topics for business management. Key topics discussed included IT security, tax reform, the use of artificial intelligence, communication strategies in negotiations, and trends in human resources, which are central areas for the future of the accounting sector.

Ronaldo Pereira, IT manager, presented a case on the evolution of the information security area at DPC, discussing investments made in recent years, the implementation of a robust technology policy, and sharing some best practices.

Internal structure, people management, business generation, marketing actions, technologies, and innovations were topics shared by DPC partners in one of the addresses. Marcelo Leite, HR manager, also spoke about the importance of mindset change in a multigenerational environment.

As part of the program, the participants visited the Domingues e Pinho office, where they learned more about some of the company’s processes.
