Domingues e Pinho Contadores holds a seminar on tax obligations of individuals in Brazil

The event will clarify doubts about the declarations of IRPF and CBE, as well as good practices in relation to offshore companies

In order to clarify the main points about the tax obligations of individuals in Brazil, such as the Income Tax Statement and the Brazilian Capitals Abroad, in addition to good practices in relation to offshore companies, Domingues and Pinho seminar "Tax Obligations of Individuals: Income Tax and Brazilian Capitals Abroad".

The event, which has the support of the Portuguese Chamber, Britcham and AHK, will clarify the points of attention that must be given in reporting the information, as well as assisting taxpayers in understanding these tax obligations with the Federal Revenue Service and the Bank Central.

Agenda

The program is divided into three modules:

1- Offshore companies: will be addressed the details of the statement, the mandatory annual balance sheet, taxes cuts and tax impact of operations made by shareholders.

2- CBE: the news of the program, as well as the market values of the assets, possible penalties and the obligatory conditions will be exposed.

3- IRPF: doubts about the new points of the statement, the form of presentation, delay in filing and rectification, as well as special situations and assets abroad will be clarified.

Speaker

Augusto Andrade, Law graduate and member of DPC, will lead the agenda. The speaker has 17 years of experience in tax consultancy for individuals, is a specialist in international taxation, mainly serves Brazilian and foreign executives of large companies located in Brazil.
