DPC opens applications for its 2023 Internship Program 

25 openings are available for undergraduate students at DPC's offices in Rio and São Paulo 

 

Domingues e Pinho Contadores has opened new opportunities for the first wave of DPC’s 2023 Internship Program.  For this round, 25 vacancies are open for application: 16 at the company’s Rio de Janeiro branch and 9 at its office in São Paulo. 

 

To apply for a position in Rio de Janeiro, students must be enrolled in Accounting Science or Business Administration higher-education courses. In São Paulo, there are openings available for law students as well. In any case, applicants must be sophomores or above (college students from the 3rd semester on) and must have a minimum of one-year availability to commit to the internship. 

 

As with the other forms of joining DPC’s staff, the internship program not only aims at training professionals, but also at strengthening the company’s goals of fostering an environment that upholds standards of ethics, respect, equality, diversity, and open-mindedness.

"We encourage people to grow as professionals and to be themselves in our facilities”, says Luciana Uchôa, DPC’s president and HR director.

Taking place in February and March, the recruitment process includes an HR interview and a meeting with the department manager. Successful applicants will start work in April and will receive a market-compatible stipend and a benefits package. 

The internship program is well-established as an important gateway to DPC. Each year, interns go through a training cycle in their technical field, after which many of them are effectively integrated into the workforce. 

The company holds these skilled talents in high regard, offering opportunities for their professional growth and development. Many business leaders started their careers at DPC as interns. 

Luciana Uchôa herself is one such example. She started off as an intern 27 years ago and has gradually moved through every accounting position, up to technical executive, before finally being appointed president at Domingues e Pinho.
