DPC opens applications for its 2024 Internship Program

For this cycle, the company is on the lookout for 22 new talents to join teams in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo

Seize the chance to advance your career by joining a company that is deeply committed to the training and development of its team. DPC’s 2024 Internship Program is seeking 13 new talents for its Rio de Janeiro office and 9 for teams in São Paulo.

This year's program offers 22 openings for university students majoring in Accounting, Business Management, Law, Economics, and HR Management. Additionally, our Rio office has exclusive opportunities for students pursuing a degree in Financial Management. Applicants are required to be in their 3rd semester or beyond and must be able to commit to 30 hours per week for at least one year. No prior experience is required.

The selection process includes interviews with our HR team, followed by a meeting with the department manager. Successful candidates will begin their roles in April, and will receive a competitive stipend and a comprehensive benefits package.

Marcelo Leite, our Human Resources Manager, emphasizes the program's core mission: "Our program is designed to equip students with a robust foundation of knowledge, hone their technical and behavioral skills, and prepare them to embark on a successful career path within our company."

Luciana Uchôa, president of DPC, went from joining the company as a trainee 29 years ago to leading it today.
