DPC promotes webinar for clients on systemic solutions and new platform in personnel management

The initiative is also part of the DPC + digital front, where efforts are directed to bring innovation and technology to customers.

Meu RH facilitates communication and promotes the decentralization of information between employees and managers in a practical and rapid way, which is essential in a scenario like the current one, where it is necessary to maintain the efficiency in the management of teams at a distance.

Ridolphi defines MeuRH App as a lightweight, easy-to-use tool that provides the most used and requested personnel management routines within easy reach. "This technology promotes the debureaucratization of HR life and the autonomy of our customers' employees," he adds.

In the event, the main resources and functionalities were demonstrated, such as time registration (including by geolocation), vacation registration and management and digital paycheck. It was also presented how to obtain a complete view of the teams by the tool.
