DPC promotes webinar for clients on systemic solutions and new platform in personnel management
In order to be even closer to its customers and present solutions that contribute to facilitate the day-to-day business, DPC promoted, on January 14 and 19, free webinars on App Meu RH, a platform in personnel management that adds more convenience to this task.
The initiative is also part of the DPC + digital front, where efforts are directed to bring innovation and technology to customers.
“Our intention is to offer solutions that help our customers to be more digital and agile," said Marco Ridolphi, DPC partner and manager responsible for support and implementation of DP/RH/eSocial Systems, webinar host.
Meu RH facilitates communication and promotes the decentralization of information between employees and managers in a practical and rapid way, which is essential in a scenario like the current one, where it is necessary to maintain the efficiency in the management of teams at a distance.
Ridolphi defines MeuRH App as a lightweight, easy-to-use tool that provides the most used and requested personnel management routines within easy reach. "This technology promotes the debureaucratization of HR life and the autonomy of our customers' employees," he adds.
In the event, the main resources and functionalities were demonstrated, such as time registration (including by geolocation), vacation registration and management and digital paycheck. It was also presented how to obtain a complete view of the teams by the tool.
