DPC supports future talent development at Ciências Contábeis 4.0 – Dual Study

In January, DPC took part in the start of the recruiting process for Ciências Contábeis 4.0 – Dual Study, a project idealized by the German-Brazilian Chamber of São Paulo in collaboration with Mackenzie Presbyterian University and companies.

It is about the bachelor’s degree in accounting founded on a dual education system, a training model that follows German methodology, combining theory and practice. In this system, students start their activities in companies from the first year of the degree, something that contributes to their ability development and prepares them for the job market.

Sonia Romeiro, partner in DPC and Talent director, was at the university to introduce the company to the students taking part in the recruiting process. This program is in line with DPC’s principles, as the company is already recognized as a schoolhouse for investing in training and qualification as they are starting their careers.
