DPCWEB: DPC develops portal to enhance customer experience
Technological solution developed internally by DPC increases speed and efficiency on the client’s daily activities
Moving forward on its plan for digital evolution, focused on promoting technological improvements and granting innovation to clients, DPC recently launched the DPCWEB Portal, a new solution for submitting document, payment slips and reports to clients.
The system was planned to make the routine easier and allowing for a positive user experience, replacing the old platform used for DPC and companies to exchange files and information.
“This is an important technological change that follows a more innovative DPC, focused on increasing the speed and the efficiency in our customer’s daily activities”, William Pinho, the DPC’s member who is leading the project, assesses.
The system was idealized, developed, and implemented by the internal Labtech team – Laboratory for Technology Innovation and Development, which is part of DPC’s Products & Innovation hub.
Being its own system, the multidisciplinary team, comprised of developers, production engineers, and designers, can constantly develop improvements, updated and customizations to meet the clients’ needs.
This solution’s design started from scratch and went through understanding the operational routine and the companies’ demands. The new portal also adopts a modern programming language and grants more safety in data use and traffic.
“By analyzing the main solutions available, we did not find the experience and safety we would like to grant our clients in any of the ones available in the market. Therefore, we decided to invest in a proprietary solution in which user information is 100% compliant with DPC, strengthening our stance on data protection and confidentiality, as we grant more safety and easiness to our clients”, Marcelo Gomez, CFO and COO, highlights.
In regard to design, the proposal was to create a pleasant layout and, at the same time, add usability concepts to make the browsing experience swift (in few clicks), light, and intuitive.

Safer, easier to browse and with a better information flow. The new portal enhances the customer experience, including new advantages:
A financial director that manages four companies advised by DPC recognizes the benefits brought by the solution. “Document and information submission through the portal is now an incredible thing. Those four companies are different, with different activities, with different payment volumes and we submit every document in one click every fortnight”, he assesses.
Implementation follow-up
The implementation of this solution followed a schedule specifically planned to ensure a gradual adaptation to the new resources. DPC’s operational areas, closer to clients on the daily life, directed the assistance throughout this process.
On the other hand, the technical team involved in the platform’s development and maintenance remains on the backstage, ready for granting support and promoting updates and adjustments when necessary.

As part of DPC’s technological investments and planning, other resources are being developed by the Products & Innovation team, and, soon, will be available on the platform.
