DREI - Issuance and Use of Certificates in Acts of Transfer of Headquarters, Opening, Alteration and Registration of Transfer of Branches
Normative Instruction DREI nº 78, of April 01, 2020 - (DOU of April 02, 2020) - Amends Normative Instruction Drei nº 20/2013, which provides, among other measures, on the issuance of certificates by commercial boards. The Commercial Boards can issue simplified, specific or full content certificates, in digital and online form, making them available on their respective websites on the Internet in PDF (portable digital file) format, duly signed with a digital certificate issued by an accredited entity by the Brazilian Public Key Infrastructure (ICP-Brasil).
