DREI Normative Instruction 63, of June-11-2019 - (DOU, of June-14-2019) - Changes some provisions of the Drei Normative Instruction 15/2013 and the Registration Manual Limited Liability Companies (Drei Instruction 38/2017), aiming at the adequacy of its rules to provide that the limited company may be constituted by one or more persons, in which case, the provisions of the articles of association will apply to the incorporation document of the sole member, where applicable.
