DREI Normative Instruction 71, of Dec-17-2019 - (DOU of Dec-18-2019) - It revokes the DREI Normative Instruction 67/2019, which amended the Public Limited Company Registration Manual, approved by the DREI Normative Instruction 38/2017, in view of the changes introduced in Law 6,404/1976 (Brazilian Corporate Law), by the Provisional Measure 892/2019, which lost its effectiveness.
