According to our text "eSocial, DCTFWeb and EFD-Reinf: What is coming?" (Access here), the beginning of the year demands a lot of planning to be in line with the Treasury requirements.
Particularly in April 2019, new phases for eSocial and DCTFWeb will initiate and taxpayers must be prepared. See the following highlights:
For companies in Group 2 (earning annual revenues in 2016 up to BRL 78 million, except for companies in the third group - those in Simples Nacional, Individual employer, Individual Rural Producers, MEI, unions, condominiums, associations and non-profit entities), April/2019 will be marked by the substitution of GFIP to social security contributions, and GRF and GRRF to the FGTS.
In addition, companies in the Group 3 (those in Simples Nacional, Individual employer, Individual Rural Producers, MEI, unions, condominiums, associations and non-profit entities) will commence filling the non-recurring events on April 10 (employee data and their relationship with the company).
DCTFWeb is filled by information on withholding from both eSocial (working relationship) and EFD-Reinf (non-working relationship). Group 2 (companies earning revenues less than BRL 78 million in 2016, excluding Simples Nacional, immune and exempt) should file from April 2019, submitting to 15/05. After its transmission, the INSS determination is concluded and should be paid through a single DARF, by the 20th of the following month.
During 2019 and 2020, other changes will occur with eSocial, EFD-Reinf and DCTFWeb.
