eSocial - companies in Group 2 may use GRF and GRRRF until October 2019
The CEF Circular 858/2019 was published in the Official Gazette, of May-23-2019, giving instructions on the deadlines to be met by eSocial Group 2 employers, on the generation and payment of monthly and terminatory FGTS forms (Guia para Recolhimentos Mensais e Rescisórios do FGTS - “GRFGTS), during the adaptation period to the requirement to provide information through the eSocial.
The Group 2 is made up of business entities earning revenues in 2016 of less than or equal to BRL 78 million, except those opting for Simples Nacional, which are included in this situation at CNPJ on Jul-01-2018.
The deadlines are established as follows:
a) Until October/2019 (maturity Nov-07-2019): deadline to pay the monthly FGTS, through the GRF (FGTS form), issued at SEFIP;
b) Until 10/31/2019: use the FGTS Terminatory Payment Slip (GRRF), for termination of employment relationship agreements before that date.
Therefore, Group 2 companies should use the new GRFGTS generated with eSocial information from:
a) From November/2019 (due Dec-06-2019), for monthly payments, and
b) From Nov-01-2019, for terminations of employment relationship from that date.
