eSocial: the Government announces changes in the schedule and adjustments in the platform
Two ordinances were published - the RFB/SEPRT Joint Ordinances 76 and 77, in the Official Gazette of Oct-22-2020, changing the eSocial (Digital Bookkeeping System for Social Security and Labor Obligations).
Both ordinances become effective on Nov-01-2020.
Joint Ordinance RFB/SEPRT 76
This Ordinance provides for the implementation schedule of eSocial, informing new dates for complying with the obligations, as follows:

The differentiated, simplified, and favored treatment to be given to microenterprises (ME) and small businesses (EPP), to the Individual Microentrepreneur (MEI) with an employee, to the special insured and to the individual rural producer will be established through specific acts.
Joint Ordinance RFB/SEPRT nº 77
It approves the new version of the eSocial layout, changing the form the information is reported; providing exclusion of events and fields, new the provision of information to comply with taxes and social security obligations and FGTS deposits; new provision of remuneration and payment reports; and the use of CPF as the worker's single identification number.
