Federal Government - Differential Treatment for Consortia Formed by Micro and Small Companies

Decree nº 10.273, of March 13, 2020 - (DOU of March 16, 2020) - Amends Decree nº 8,538 / 2015, to adapt it to the provisions of art. 34 of Law nº 11.488/2007, and to extend the differential treatment to consortia formed by micro and small companies in the public procurement of goods, services and works within the scope of the federal public administration.
