Federal Revenue of Brazil - Crimes against the Federal Public Administration

The RFB Normative Instruction 1.750/2018 was published in the Official Gazette, of November 14, 1818, dealing with tax representation for criminal purposes against tax, against Social Security, and contraband or misconduct on criminal representation in relation to crimes against the Federal Public Administration, to the detriment of the National Treasury or against foreign public administration, falsification of securities, public papers and documents, and "laundering" or concealment of assets, rights and values, and on acts of administrative improbity representation.
